ISG type vertical casing centrifugal, is a vertical centrifugal
pump that is based on IS type, improved the design, adding pressure
for pipeline systems. It totally can take place of IL,IS type of
pump, and is widely used in industry and water drawing in city,
water drawing in tall building ,fire control, pipeline, faraway
area, refrigeration in heating. The model of this type adopts the
model of IS type, and keeps the characters with high efficiency and
economizing on energy in IS type. It connects with motor flexibly,
installs vertically, adopts mechanical sealing, and advanced shock
absorption device for support. So it features with steady
operation, low noise, widely used, totally an ideal single stage
single suction centrifugal pipeline circulating and adding pressure
pump.

A. good practicability, wide performance parameter
This type of pump follows the ISO2858 standard, capacity between
1.5 and 1600 cubic meters per hour, head between 8 and 125 meters,
NPSHr between 2.5 and 7m, every type usually has Z,O,A,B,C ,totally
291 specification.
B. convenient to install
Diameter of inlet is the same as the outlet, and the center lines
is on the same line, so it can be installed on any position and
direction of pipe, also it has installation bottom nuts, convenient
to install.
C. low vibration and low noise
The pump connects with motor flexibly, avoiding the vibration and
noise. The impeller is strictly balance, insures it is calm when
operating in high speed. Because of the sliding bearing, the pump
operates well with low noise, low vibration.
D.economizing on capital
It saves the occupying room and the pump room because of it’s
special installation structure, so saved money for the customers.
Adopting V1 motor, it can operate outside.
E. good sealing
Bearing adopts advanced steady mechanical sealing, insure it does
not leak. And it can adopt packing sealing according to the
customers’ requirement.
F. high efficiency
The performance curve of this type of pump has no hump, the suction
room adopts spirality suction room, so the liquid flow can totally
accord with principle of liquid dynam, better than direct
pump(annular suction room), lower noise, 2%-5% higher in
efficiency. According to the requirement of customers, adopt the
operation in series or in parallel.
G. long life
High efficiency ,low noise, low vibration, so the life of pump is
longer.
3.operation condition
The max pressure of this type of pump is 1.6MPa, that means outlet
pressure=inlet pressure+head<1.6MPa, the data in static
hydraulic water pressure test is 2.4MPa. If the pressure is below
1.6MPa, please indicate that when ordering. This type of pump can
transfer clear water which is not exceed 80℃ and liquid similar to
water in physical and chemical property. Add refrigeration system
to the pump cover, the temperature of the medium can exceed
85℃~~130℃, if the medium contains micro granule, please indicate
that when ordering.
